1. Other than the parking, my room 108 was right next to the alternate exit and the door slammed all night, I am sure if I would have complained that they would have moved me.

I loved the complimentary breakfast, which may not be gourmet but it is varied and plentiful - choices of scrambled eggs/bacon/potatoes/pancakes/make-your-own waffles/ yogurt/cold cereals and oatmeal/muffins/bagels - really, how can one complain about that? Breakfast is served in a lovely breakfast area with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace and patio overlooking the canal.
