1. 95 for cafe style breakfast), dirty hallways, bad layout (you had to go outside through the courtyard to get to the elevators or walk all the way around the side of the hotel - in November), and don't expect any privacy in the business center, which is literally inside the concierge/grocery store/coffee area.
