1. , parts missing from the microwave turn table, huge white stain plus another dark stain on ottoman, lint, threads on carpeting indicating that the room was not vacuumed, toilet bubbled and water rose when the toilet next door was flushed, toilet seat was up upon arrival and it appeared as if it had been used (needed to be flushed).

2. We got settled and then I noticed from the waterline on the baseboard, and caved in drywall and along with brown staining that we most definitely needed to get a different room.
