1. My only complaints are the drop down ceiling in bathroom (made cheap an otherwise beautiful room #217) and the heat vent in the wall (it rattled EVERY time the heat came on).

2. Only complaint was with room service breakfast, which was served about 10 minutes past the time indicated, which caused a bit of a problem since we had to drive to Bloomington in the morning, and the room service delivery person hung around my parents room expecting a tip (which they gave her), even though a 20% gratuity was included in the bill.

3. The only complaint I have is the bed was a little hard, but not to the point that it prevented sleep.
