2. As another noted the property is on the 'other' side of the stadium and convention center, but it is hardly a strenuous walk to restaurants and such that are downtown (there ain't much in this city, so don't get your hopes up about 'downtown.

3. The hotel provides a free, but basic continental breakfast with one hot "special" of the day (scrambled eggs w/ diced ham one morning and bacon and hard-boiled eggs the next), and also served bagels, toast, cereal, danishes, fruit and juice, milk and coffee.
