1. The only other issue was $24 to park and the first few levels were reserved spaces which were mostly empty.

8. So I guess we got what we were entitled to but why did I get hung up on and why did I have to go get it? I know my sister-in-law (the bride) had a few issues that she wasn't real happy with that concerned customer service as well but since it wasn't my experience I am not going to write about it.

9. We had a minor issue with the room on NYD when the bathtub drain flooded into the closet and area around it.
