1. I was told at the front desk it is a known issue with Apple products.

5. There was some confusion with the bill at the end of the stay which could have been handled better, and the guest services agent was not being proactive to get a manager to sort out the issues he did not know how to fix.

8. Had a small issue where I wanted to grab a beer from the mini bar and found that some previous guest apparantly could not afford the $6 charge, so had refilled the bottle with water and replaced the cap.

10. Could phone calls have resolved these issues? Probably - but should this many 'fix-it' calls be necessary in a hotel of this caliber? Finally, there was no Fiji water awaiting our arrival as some reviews have stated.
