2. In addition to the room issue, be aware that the very nice deck which overlooks the lake, is frequently closed off for parties and weddings.

3. My issues about this hotel are that they do not honor the platinum guarantee, front desk employees will lie, and they don't seem to think there is a problem having other people check into your room (even though it was not true in this case).

4. There were some small issues with our room - primarily hair on the bathroom floor and shower walls.
