2. Some negatives: our room was on the highway side, and, while it's pretty well sound-insulated, at night we could hear the traffic.

4. For me there were two negatives: The air conditioner was unusually loud and kept me from sleeping well, and the mattress and pillows were too soft causing back aches in the morning.
