2. We had problems with a flickering bathroom light, blocked sink and broken microwave on arrival, but to be fair reception sent someone within half an hour of our request and all of the problems were fixed within an hour by friendly and polite maintenance staff, so top marks for great service here, but the room should have been checked properly before the start of our 7 nights stay.

3. However, my toilet was broken - had to get it repaired, bathroom lights were out, again called front desk, they were replaced, and elevator broken on 5th floor, had to take steps to 6th one night- reported to front desk.

4. One other minor problem involved the sofa bed in that half of the springs at the foot of the bed were broken and if you sat on that portion of the bed, you fell through to the floor.
