1. The staff throughout the hotel from check-in to waitstaff to room service attendants to spa staff were just thoroughly professional, efficient and just very nice.

10. The fitness center/spa suite is located on the mezzanine level and is a bit hard to find - with a trip to the 3rd floor on the elevator followed by a long walk to the end of the corridor only to go down the fire stairs 1 level and through a nondescript door into the actual pool/fitness center.
