1. There were signs saying that if you walked off with the towels and a variety of other room 'amenities' (including the 1 phone) they'd charge you.

2. ) I haven't had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that LISTED what it would charge you if you walked off with the 'amenities' since I got out of college and this wasn't the kind of nostalgia I was hoping for.

3. We booked a room that was the family suite and when we got there they told us they didn`t have anymore of those rooms and they put us in a standard room and there was nothing they could do about it (they were going to charge us the same price!) When we got in that room the AC didn`t work but as long as it was only for one night we were able to deal with it.

4. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company (thank goodness, I had sent a confirming email to the hotel reiterating what I had been told).
