1. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, the rooms and beds were great, the breakfast was superior to all other similarly priced hotels and the pool was clean and refreshing.

9. What really made a difference for us was despite arriving a few hours ahead of normal check in time and finding that there was not a room at the level at which we reserved, the desk clerk offered to upgrade us to a better room and allow us to check in right away.
