3. The Radisson use to be an Embassy so they offer the managers evening reception free drinks which is great help when you need to relax before a long flight.

9. We walked in told them we had a reservation, the newer girl asked for an ID and my fiance handed her his government ID, she looked at it and then looked at her pc screen for about a minute and then the manager came over and rudely said 'We need your drivers license not a gov.
