1. All of it, from the quality of the rooms to the grounds to the pool and restaurant are always exceptionally clean and are more vacation resort quality rather than 'hotel' class.

5. The hotel is a rather large property circumscribing a beautiful atrium containing a restaurant, pool, hot tub, and relaxing courtyard (as well as tiny little lizards running around, but I consider that a plus), all open-air and well maintained.

9. There were what seemed like hundreds of college kids in there, filling their plates every morning and the restaurant staff kept the tables moving, the food stocked and still managed to have a smile on their faces.
