1. Starbucks (my beverage of choice) was a very short walk away, and there is a mall within walking distance across the street with some big name stores.

Pros: cooked to order omelets, two types of homemade salsas (awesome!), free drinks during happy hour/good bartender, Starbucks in the same strip-mall, very cool jack-o-lantern in lobbey, upscale shopping mall across street (with upscale restaurants) and a backdrop of picturesque Catalina Mountains.

4. La Encantada across the street is a wonderful high end mall, Williams Sonoma - apple store - pottery barn & our favorite AJs market - grocer & fun food.
