1. The air-con was dripping water onto the carpet once morning so after a quick call to the front desk, Shelley(?) the maintence lady arrived to deal with it very cheerfully and efficiantly.

I was very tired and hungry by the end of the day, and was glad to find a Trader Joe's right across the street - with the microwave oven and refridgerator that is in the suite, I was able to get something and bring it back to my room, and could actually relax rather than having to deal with more people.
