Specifics: - kid friendly game room and indoor pool; - restaurant and sport bar on site (though the TVs in the sports bar are small and could be upgraded); - open lobby concept with many comfortable couches and chairs to read and talk with friends in; - convenient location to I-90 and several restaurants; - good sized rooms; - coffee makers in room and complimentary USA Today and Wall Street Journals.

2. Not 3 star and front desk even said so and coffee maker in room riddled with mould and broken could not use.

3. My only criticism of the room was that there were not enough electrical outlets for us to handle all our needs (granted, we are probably too wired) -- the coffee pot, the iron, the hair dryer, the electric rollers.
