1. Furnishings in room are about right for Best Western and vanity for bathroom was in the room, separated from tub and toilet; seemed odd but obviously not a deal breaker.

2. However, the bathroom tub was not clean, there were less than two sets of towels for the three of us, the bathroom fan didn't work and we couldn't seem to adjust the room temperature.
