7. True - it's up off the street with some great views, but the street noise is very noticeable and disruptive if you happen to get a room on that side.

8. It would have been an easy walk to more shopping and dining, and we could have avoided Spokane's numerous one way streets which are a bit confusing to an out-of-towner.
