Better than most Fairfields with good landscaping, plentiful
parking
, complimentary breakfast, clean and well maintained carpeting and other decor, 2 computers, pool, hot tub and exercise facility.

The hotel has plenty of
parking
, two computers in a business office with free internet, and a fitness room with two treadmills and an elliptical, which was great for a hotel of this smaller size.

With free
parking
, we were able to leave our car and make the quick walk to the downtown shops and River Park Square shopping mall.

Maybe because of the busy weekend, the breakfast was not well stocked - but again, there was a Perkins in the
parking
lot if you need more than the typical continental breakfast fare.

My only complaint would be that the
parking
lots are striped WAY too tightly - not allowing much room to get out.

The front
parking
lot (as I later discovered, not the only one) was also quite small.
