but my credit card was charged by the actual hotel two days before my date of
arrival
, ( THEIR WEBSITE did not mention that I will be charged 2 days ahead of time ) I had called the hotel and the hotel employee by the name of 'LOZ' was extremely rude and very sarcastic.
"POOR COSTUMER SERVICE and Unauthorized charged "
