1. Location: The hotel is on State Street but it's not centrally located to the downtown State Street area, however, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

2. The only thing we found was that it was quite far away from the end of State St you want to be on for bars and restaurants and taxis seem to vary greatly in price.

4. The best part was the staff, they were friendly, suggested a restaurant, treat us like family, and the price shocked all of the out of town folks, who have paid much more in last few years in Santa Barbara reunion for lesser accomodations.
