4. Finally, I realized that the worse reviews all seemed to concern amenities that weren't important to me (flat screen TVs?) and so I went ahead and booked a room for the weekend.

5. If you want a resort and all its amenities, please pony up the money and stay at the Fess Parker or the Hyatt.
