4. Lovely quiet little motel, just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of downtown Santa Barbara and another 15 minutes to the beach and pier.

6. The room we stayed in was modern, clean and cosy I can't see why you'd want to stay anywhere else as the location is central to all the shops, bars and restaurants and amazing value.

9. * great managers: helpful, enthusiastic, full of useful information* great bed, work table, shower, iPod dock, tv* loved the sundeck with music, and the free bikes* loved the binder full of up-to-date local information (restaurants, bars)* the managers made our stay seem FUN* lots of interesting non-US folks staying there* nice safe walk down into the town, and back again, even late at night*** good value for money in a very expensive town.
