4. While it is true that there are communal showers/bathrooms, there are also private bathrooms/showers located on every floor, telephones in the room, cable access and a big screen TV in the main lobby open to all residents.

6. While standing outside waiting in line for the bar next store I found myself asking if this was a homeless shelter, as homeless people filtered in and out, and lurked around the lobby with their grocery carts, bags and garbage.
