1. Of course the hotel refused to provide I refund when I contacted them, citing their 24 hour cancellation policy.

I tried freshing up the room using my car freshener and my cologne but the smelll would not go away at that point we got fet up and went to go talk to the manage which took her time to help us out and first had to go inspect the room for herself which came out to be that we were telling the truth because she had nothing to say and just refunded me completely.

3. I stay there only for 4 hours, then i cannot bear, so i gave up the non-refundable cost to switch to another motel.

5. Hotwire thankfully refunded my money after realizing that this hotel should not be a two star hotel and took my review into consideration, therefore downgrading this to a one star hotel.

6. DISGUSTING hotel, when I went to complain, the front desk employee offered no apologies and NO REFUND, he mumbled that we could call the manager tomorrow.
