1. While there is free street parking, as others noted, it gets crowded, as there's another motel across the street.

2. Downside: Close to freeway(just like any other hotel circle hotels, just request non-freeway side), $8 parking was a waste of money(lots of free street parking right outside of the hotel, just say NO), TV reception was pretty bad only a few channel can viewable.

3. Funny thing is that the 'Premeir Hotel' acriss the street had a better connection capability - it came in at three bars and comfort came in at 1-2 bars.

6. It had two flat screen tv`s, an office area, a view of the pool, etc. We were actually supposed to stay at the comfort inn across the street, but were bumped up to a nicer room at this location due to a plumbing leak.

7. I think its because there was openings on the street, so I never had problems finding a space right next to the elevators that led us up our room mid way down the hall.
