1. We missed having free wireless internet access in the room and I could not get the wired access to work with my laptop.

7. One BIG complaint and why I wont rate it higher, the business center cost $$$, you had to pay to access the internet, and the only free wifi was in the lobby, who wants to sit in the lobby and do work.
