3. 13 most people just sign the paper without questions but if you do so next time they are going to charge you for hairdryer or pillows and blunkets.

6. When we arrived back at the hotel that first evening we were given a room with only one bed and we had requested 2 beds, luckily we had our booking confirmation with us because the evening clerk wanted to charge us an extra $20 a night.
