1. Hotel was busy when we stayed, parking is provided for guests (for a fee) which is good because finding a space on the street nearby looked difficult.

10. I found out after I arrived at the lobby that there was supposed to be a fee associated with the car ride but it was waived when I'm sure I looked surprised and mentioned that the free shuttle service was one of the reasons I choose the hotel.
