1. The hotel staff bent over backwards to make our stay memorable---from impeccable housekeeping, fantastic beach suggestions from the front desk, and breakfast staff who were incredibly gracious.

6. Bed was not extremely comfortable (could have been due to back issues) but have been told since my recent trip to contact downstairs or housekeeping for extra blankets and pillows to make it more comfortable to my liking (the beds are Sealy Posturepedic mattresses in all rooms).
