The hotel is very nice, it had a warm, inviting open check-in area with a sit down eatery, business area, sitting area with fireplace, coffee shop, etc. The check-in staff were very friendly and efficient; however, they had difficulty understanding that because there were 3 of us in the room, we needed an extra chair to sit in.

8. When we arrived about 10:00PM to check in there was at least 20 people standing in the lobby right by the front desk talking so loudly I couldn`t even hear the man at the front desk.
