1. The pool was nice and clean and the housekeeping staff was AMAZING.

On the nighnt we checked in, I already noticed a huge difference in housekeeping: bathroom was grossly filthy (door had yellow stuff clinging on its panels and brownish hand marks as well, floor was dirty, light switches were dirty, toilet bowl was very nasty, brownish coloration clinging inside the bowl).

4. Anytime we had interaction with either the front desk, kitchen, housekeeping or bar staff they were pleasant & went out of their way to accommodate our requests quickly.

5. This is an average Residence Inn property; the staff is friendly and helpful and the housekeeping is good day to day; the location is lousy - right on the interstate highway, very 'unscenic'; the rooms and faciliities are nothing special.

7. Housekeeping did an okay job, all of the employees were very friendly, the pool was nice and this year, our plan to cut down on the noise from the paper-thin walls worked (stay on the 4th floor if you can - that way, you only have neighbors below you).
