The manager agreed after a while to wash it and took the laundry, but after he left I suddenly realized that he`ll probably wash it all together ruining the colors, so I had to make another phone call to make sure but he refused to wash the bright green, red and so on, T-shirts in different washes, only one dark and one light colors.

8. To be sure I checked the bill the day before we were to check out, but there was no credit and the staff couldn`t do anything and there was no manager on duty.

9. The front staff didn`t care a bit and wasn`t interested in listening, didn`t even answer and no one offered anything, except for the $30 at the end, but only after an argue with the manager.
