1. When we checked out the front desk people couldn't even get their printer to work, and didn't bother to ask how our stay was or why we might be checking out early.

3. (Had a FULL kitchen) I arrived late, and greeted by a smiling (yes smiling) front desk agent, Samatha, who took the time to tell me about breakfast, the fitness center, and even gave me a tour of their 'Conciege Club Lounge' Pretty awesome concept for a hotel that caters to corporate travelers.
