1. We had an early flight, when i went to check out the keys were hanging in the door and the desk clerk was sleeping on the couch in the lobby and wouldn't wake up for checkout.

5. I captured one of the bed bugs and took it down to the lobby with me upon leaving and the hotel clerk did not seem surprised, nor did he care that we were leaving.
