1. But as the carpets appeared to be carpet tile some of them should have definately been replaced; that's the whole point of carpet tile.

2. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was great with a plan B for seating when the dining area is full, and the overall appearance of the hotel was nice.
