1. Worst part was each day we noticed black spotted stains on the bathroom sink, which I would clean with wet towels.

We paid rack rates because it was through Sea World, but it was $480 for 2 nights including breakfast and 2 free backpacks with stuffed Shamu`s (worth $10 each) , dolphin beach towels and dollar store toys for the kids, and 4 free s`more coupons (worth $4 each) and the free shuttle service made it seem like a reasonable deal.

5. Not sure for $200 a night you would think the sofa wouldn’t have stains – towels and shampoo’s would be restocked each day without asking.

8. Because of a weird schedule we kept one day, housekeeping never made it to our room; however, they made sure we had towels and even had the front desk call to ask if we needed anything.
