4. The staff was helpful and professional and when the desk clerk found out we were there for an Air Force graduation he gave us the special Lackland discount which we weren't aware of.

5. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is a decent enough free breakfast, free coffee 24/7, free Internet access in the room and lobby, a business center if needed, and the location is convenient, right off the freeway.
