7. The second unit had hair in the jacuzzi/ bath tub this also reported to management and the whole week there no one came by to clean the tub so, the jacuzzi was never used for relaxation.

10. As for the unit - we reserved a 2 bed/2 bath as our family of 3 met up w/my sister and her family of 3 -- tight quarters and NOT very comfortable and next to NO privacy.
