2. this is the 2nd time I stay here and I really have nothing bad to say about it - typical Hyatt Place with a great front desk staff that is friendly from the moment you walk into the lobby - You will always get a 'hello' and 'goodbye' from the staff as you walk by the deskHope to have the need to return to San Antonio because I know my hotel choice will be easy.
