2. The carpet was badly soiled and burned; the towels stained; a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door; mismatched amenities, i.e. shampoo and conditioner.

3. They do lack some amenities, but this was never an issue for us (we pack our own hairdryer, etc, when we travel).
