3. They are close to the airport with regular shuttles which seem to be driven by the hotel front desk staff, so no surly drivers to deal with - just professional, friendly people.

4. This isn't a problem I'm used to encountering at a Hampton Inn, so I'm not sure what the deal was but I didn't sleep well and feel less than stellar as I head out for the next leg of my business trip.
