1. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and shuttle drivers were all very friendly.

2. They have two vans for shuttle service to the airport, but most people had to take alternate transport because they claimed they didn't have a driver for the vans, but we saw them use one of them on two occasions during our 3 day stay.
