1. Best of all was the location ---there is a huge mall nearby{the Gateway} and we found several food places that were real treasures within easy walking distance {Squatters Microbrewery was fun, Market Street Grill has a great breakfasts, Carlucci's Bakery {try the pizzelles!}, and Bruges {must try the deliciously doughy Belgium waffles} -'s: when we wanted soft drinks, we could not find a drink machine anywhere within---only water and the aforementioned coffee {this was more of an irritation than a serious negative};being an older hotel {1910, they told me} the rooms are slightly smaller than average but not disconcertingly so.
