2. It is modern, clean, reasonably quiet (you can never completely escape the inconsiderate jerks who slam the doors at 6:00 am) and reasonably priced for a hotel in a big city close to downtown especially with free parking (which is not the case with a number of the other nearby hotels).

3. Was extremely convienent to airport (free shuttle if you need it), parking is free, breakfast was hot and had a great selection (fresh fruit, pancakes or french toast, eggs, hash browns, sausages, breads, juices and coffee, cereal), the rooms were large.

6. There is actually a mcdonalds like in the next parking lot if you get really hungry :) The front desk did try to tell us that we could get a discount if we go to a certain one with a card signed by the manager.

7. It is four floors and includes a variety of free features including breakfast, parking, local calls, very small pool and fitness center, even free airport shuttle.

10. There is a liquor store nearby but not in the same parking lot as some people indicated, and I never saw homeless people walking around either as some people indicated.
