Not a bad visit to Salt
Lake
City, excepting the foul odor from this place, which got into our clothes, cost us extra money and time - and ruined our initial Salt
Lake
City stay.

Salt
Lake
has a limited downtown area but there is a lot of construction on going where they are trying to rebuild the centre of the city and provide more attractions.

The Carlton is situated on one of the many lovely tree lined streets in this more mature part of Salt

Driving around it took a moment to find our way to the hotel we drove past once because the east and west streets were confusing in salt
lake
its a grid type of system that became simple later but boggled our minds then but we eventually found it.
