2. For outdoor enthusiasts, Salt Lake City has plenty of opportunities--for an easy walk/hike with a view of the city, visit Ensign Peak (I hear sunset is the prime time to go) and if you don`t mind driving 40 miles, you must visit Timpanogos Cave (but get your tickets ahead of time--it gets very crowded.
