3. the neighborhood islight industrial (storage lockers, u-haul, harley davidson showroom) but only 2-3 blocks from walmart, safeway, food4less, dollar store& a fair number of restaurants = nothing glitzy but not run-downor `unsavory`i would definitely stay there again - it was not roomy, but it wasnot a dump & i appreciate saving a few extra bucks.
